As a kid I imagined pursuing many different careers and industries, and wouldn’t have guessed the cleaning industry would be the one I find a passion in—yet I know I’m exactly where I need to be.
My biggest motivator is impact. And fun fact, the service we offer isn’t just about cleaning. Our service impacts our clients’ overall lives & wellbeing and the ripple effect from that spreads through to many people in their lives. To my core, I truly believe that what we do is spread happiness and make people feel good.
Because positivity comes naturally to me, I’ve been lucky to attract a team of incredible Cleaning Gems who share our core values. These values are the foundation of everything we do—they guide our work with clients and shape our team culture, keeping our impact and mission alive. With all this talk about values and positivity, I promise we’re great at cleaning too.

Our Amazing Team
At Sapphire Cleaning Co, we’re passionate about supporting our team (AKA our Cleaning Gems) with ongoing training to keep them at the top of their game. We invest hours each year in their growth, from their initial onboarding to specialised training in Chemical Handling and Infection Control. We also don’t hire just anyone—we follow a strict hiring process to ensure only the right people join our team. Plus, each Gem holds a current Police Check and WWCC, and has a natural ability to live out our values—so you can always feel confident and secure with our team in your home or business.
